Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa well with hot water and let it swell according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Steam the frozen vegetables in boiling water for about 10 minutes or cut the fresh vegetables into cubes and pre-steam them depending on the type (carrot, kohlrabi, ) or not (zucchini, paprika, ).
  3. Grease a small baking dish and first distribute the swollen quinoa on the base and smooth it out. Spread the vegetables on top, mix the cream with the vegetable stock and pour over the casserole. Finally, distribute the basil, spices and cheese over the casserole.
  4. Let the whole thing cook for approx. 25-30min in a preheated oven (fan oven - 200 ° C). Pay close attention to the vegetables - if they get too black, you can cover the casserole with aluminum foil.
