Wash, clean, halve the radicchio and cut out the stalk. Then cut into strips. Peel and roughly grate the carrot and apple and mix with the salad.
Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without oil.
Meanwhile, stir a dressing out of mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, season to taste and mix well with the salad. Season the salad again, add salt if necessary and sprinkle with the roasted seeds.
Tip:
Since I make my mayonnaise myself, I always mix in some fresh garlic. Goes wonderfully with the dressing!
