Instructions

  1. Peel the black radi. Rub on with a fine grater. Now add salt and let the radi cry (15 min.). Now squeeze out the radi vigorously. Put the radi in a bowl and add the cream - sugar - vinegar essence and, if you still need salt, lightly season. Mix everything well and finally pour the freshly ground black pepper over it.
