Roughly grate the radiator and season with salt. Cover and let stand for approx. 10 minutes. Add the juice of half a lemon (a little less) or a cap full of vinegar and the sour cream and mix well. The cream replaces the oil.
The recipe was originally made with Winterradi. You can also use 2 - 3 bunches of radishes. Then the lettuce will turn pink. It is always very popular, especially at barbecues.
