Cut the radishes into slices and dice the Harz cheese. Mix both. Mix the yoghurt and the salad cream and season with the spices. The dressing can be a bit spicier. If you like, add a pinch of sugar and add the dressing to the radish and cheese mixture. Mix well and season again if necessary. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
Baguette or toasted bread and a cold beer round off the freshness experience perfectly.
Tip: If you like a little more color, you can also add a few spring onions to the salad. Looks delicious and is very fresh and flavorful.
