Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cress. (Possibly put a few stalks aside for garnishing). Cut the radishes into fine cubes. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, cress and radishes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. The dip also tastes great with boiled potatoes or baked potatoes.
