Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables and the apple into sticks, finely dice the cheese and the onion. Roughly chop the parsley.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Make a dressing from the oil, lime juice and cucumber stock and pour over the ingredients. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Let it steep briefly and then serve.
  5. Whole grain bread with fresh butter goes well with it.
