Wash and clean the radishes, cut into thin slices and place in a bowl. Cut off the cress, wash it and add it to the radishes. Dice the Leberkäse, add to the radishes and cress. Mix everything well.
Mix in vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, stir in the oil and pour the dressing over the salad.
Let it steep for about 20 minutes, then serve with slices of fresh, buttered farmer`s bread.
