Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into very thin slices.
  2. Cut a radish lengthways and crossways and place in cold water so that the * blossom * opens.
  3. Cut off the cress and arrange with the radish slices in a bowl. Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar as a marinade and pour over the salad.
