Wash the radishes, remove the greens, cut the leek into pieces and chop both together for approx. 5 seconds on speed 6. If you like the pieces smaller, longer, of course.
Add the cress and chop for approx. 5 seconds on level 6. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Add the cream cheese, stir for about 10 seconds on speed 4, in between pushing the radishes down along the edge.
Tastes great as a dip, e.g. when grilling, with bread, or with raw vegetables.
