Peel the radish and kohlrabi and cut into long julienne (e.g. with a spiral cutter). Sauté with oil in a pan. Season last.
Meanwhile, peel and dice the shallots and garlic. Sauté in oil and deglaze with tomatoes. Cut the greens and add them. Simmer a little and season with cane sugar, thyme and the oat drink as well as sea salt and pepper.
