Instructions

  1. Boil eggs, quench, peel. Peel the radish and cucumber, clean the radishes. Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds. Cut everything into fine slices. Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar together. Beat the oil on it. Chop the eggs and fold into the marinade. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the marinade and let it steep.
  2. Rinse off the cress and sprinkle over it.
