Instructions

  1. Wash the radishes and cut into sticks. Peel the radish and also cut into sticks. If necessary, read and wash the bean sprouts. Wash the lettuce and chop it into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion and wash and finely chop the parsley. Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard and orange juice together and whip together vigorously with the oil. Stir in the onions and half of the parsley.
  3. Mix the prepared salad ingredients loosely with the marinade, place the eggs (peeled and eighths) on top and sprinkle the remaining parsley on top.
  4. A wonderfully refreshing and healthy salad.
