Wash the radish, peel thinly and cut into wafer-thin slices. Wash and clean the radishes and cut into thin slices, as well as the peeled onions. Sort out the chives, wash, pat dry and cut finely. For the dressing, heat the honey slightly and put it with the other ingredients in an empty screw-top jar and shake well. Mix the salad with the sauce well and let it steep in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
