Instructions

  1. Peel and finely slice the radish.
  2. Make a salad dressing from the garlic oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and honey.
  3. Pour the whole thing over the radish slicer and leave to stand for about half an hour until eaten.
  4. I also serve fresh pretzels and a beer.
