Wash the radishes thoroughly, peel them, cut into wafer-thin slices, sprinkle with plenty of salt and mix well. Cover and let steep for about 10 minutes.
Wash, dry and core the apple, cut into thin slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Wash the cucumber, dry it, peel it if necessary, cut it into thin slices. After the water has been drained from the radishes, apple and cucumber slices are mixed with the radish. Mix the creme fraiche with the stripped dill tips and season with salt and lemon juice.
Mix the salad dressing with the ingredients and serve immediately.
