- Cut the radishes into slices (preferably with a slicer) and the onions into very fine rings. Peel the apple and cut into sticks.
- For the sauce, mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar together. Add parsley and chives and stir in.
- Add the salad sauce to the salad ingredients. Mix everything together and let it flow through.
