Instructions

  1. Cut the radishes into slices (preferably with a slicer) and the onions into very fine rings. Peel the apple and cut into sticks.
  2. For the sauce, mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar together. Add parsley and chives and stir in.
  3. Add the salad sauce to the salad ingredients. Mix everything together and let it flow through.
