Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the radishes, roughly cut into pieces and place in a bowl. Add salt and sugar and mix with the radishes. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, roughly chop the coriander and parsley. Cut the spring onions into rings. Roughly chop the peanuts. Salted, roasted peanuts can be freed from the salt beforehand with kitchen paper. Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil to the radishes (do not throw away the liquid!), Add all the chopped herbs and the roasted peanuts and season with pepper.
