Clean and wash the radishes, cut into thin slices, season with salt, drizzle with oil and vinegar, leave to steep.
Wash the pear, quarter it without peeling, remove the stone and cut into slices. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and sprinkle with pepper. Mix the pear with the radishes and let it steep for 15 minutes. Stir in the natural yoghurt before serving. If necessary, season with a little salt and pepper. Serve garnished with chives.
