Instructions

  1. Grind the radishes with the V-shaped slicer or cut into sticks. Cut the onion into wafer-thin quarter slices. To dice tomatoes. Crumble or chop the sheep`s cheese, depending on your taste
  2. Mix everything together, season with a little balsamic vinegar and a good dash of olive oil, as well as pepper and salt.
  3. Best with white bread e.g., Serve baguette or pide. Also very well filled in pita bread.
