Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the chives, lemon, pepper, salt and sugar.
  2. Fold in the sliced radishes and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Mix again and season with a little herbal salt.
  4. A fresh baguette tastes good with it.
