bunch radishes, cut into wedges

jar cucumber (s) (gherkins, 370 ml) sliced diagonally

tablespoon vinegar

tablespoon mustard, medium hot

tablespoon oil
salt and pepper

Instructions
Mix the sausage, radishes and gherkins together.
Mix the vinegar and mustard, season with salt and pepper and fold in the oil.
Carefully fold the marinade into the salad and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
