Instructions

  1. Peel the radish and slice it into thin slices. Sprinkle with a little salt and let rest in a bowl for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, let the veal sausage simmer in hot water for 5 - 7 minutes. Then drain and let cool slightly. Peel the white sausage and cut into slices.
  3. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Drain the pickles and cut them into slices.
  4. For the dressing, mix the mustard with the vinegar, oil and pepper well. Wash the chives, spin dry well and cut into fine rolls. Mix the chives with the vinaigrette.
  5. Mix the sausage, radish, cucumber and onions in a bowl and pour the dressing over them. Season to taste again with pepper and salt and let the salad steep for about 15 minutes.
  6. Lye pretzels or rolls taste very good with them.
