Instructions

  1. Remove the leaves from the radishes and wash them. Peel and wash the carrots, radish and kohlrabi.
  2. Chop everything and put in a bowl. Add a bag of Salatkrönung (garden herbs) to the salad and some oil or, depending on your taste and preferences, some tartar sauce or mayonnaise.
  3. Delicious as a starter or just with bread.
