Take the berries out of the freezer and let thaw briefly. Halve the Raffaellos.
Mix the whole quark with coconut milk, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. First fold in about ⅔ of the Raffaellos, then the berries, except for 2 - 3 tablespoons for decoration.
Pour the cream into a large dessert bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining Raffaellos and berries. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Take the dessert out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving.
