- Knead the butter, sugar, 1 egg, salt and flour until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a size of 25 cm. Place on a greased tray. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Immediately cut into 5 cm wide strips.
- Knead the marzipan and powdered sugar. Knead in 1 egg and milk. Pour into a piping bag with a large star nozzle, squirt around the edges.
- Whisk the egg yolk and cream together, brush the marzipan with it. Bake for another 12 minutes.
- Heat the jam and fill the strips with it.
- Cooling down. To cut in pieces.
