Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy, add the vanilla sugar, water and the aroma and beat a little more. Then slowly pour in the oil and keep stirring.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in portions. Beat the egg whites into snow and carefully fold them into the dough. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts and stir in the colors.
  3. Grease a 26 cm springform pan and preheat the oven to around 160 degrees. Put the dough tablespoon in the middle (e.g. 1 tablespoon red, on this blob 1 tablespoon blue, here 1 tablespoon yellow, etc.) The dough spreads itself in the mold.
  4. Now bake the cake for about 50 minutes. Let the cake cool down a bit and remove it from the mold. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
