• g 1,500 apples, cleaned, diced
• 300 g suar
• 300 ml vinegar
• 3 chilli pepper (s)
• 3 tablespoon salt
• 4 slices ginger, in syrup
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 4 onion (s), cleaned and diced

1. Put everything together in a sufficiently large saucepan and simmer until thick. Season again to taste and then pour into prepared twist-off glasses.
