- Fry the sausages so that they are cooked through and their surface is browned.
- Bring half a liter of meat stock to the boil in a saucepan and stir together the tomato paste, sambal oelek, vinegar and sugar with a whisk.
- Cut the sausage into slices, loosen the roast set with a ladle of broth and add to the soup together with the sausage slices.
- Now add the corn along with the fried onions and herbs.
- Bring to the boil and then carefully add the gnocchi to the soup so that nothing splatters. Let simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
- Then season with salt and pepper.
- The soup tastes best when it is warmed up after it has cooled down completely.
