Instructions

  1. Fry the sausages so that they are cooked through and their surface is browned.
  2. Bring half a liter of meat stock to the boil in a saucepan and stir together the tomato paste, sambal oelek, vinegar and sugar with a whisk.
  3. Cut the sausage into slices, loosen the roast set with a ladle of broth and add to the soup together with the sausage slices.
  4. Now add the corn along with the fried onions and herbs.
  5. Bring to the boil and then carefully add the gnocchi to the soup so that nothing splatters. Let simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Then season with salt and pepper.
  7. The soup tastes best when it is warmed up after it has cooled down completely.
