Instructions
Heat the lard. Sweat the diced onions in it. Loosely pluck the sauerkraut and add.
Top up with white wine, add bay leaf and juniper berries. Stew the cabbage for 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar and stir in the grated potato.
