Cut a spring onion into small rings and fry in a pan until translucent, then add the meat and cook.
Heat the broth, season with chilli, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Put the broth in a high bowl and place the noodles in it so that they protrude above the broth. Carefully place the mixture from the pan on top and cut another spring onion into rings, pour them over. Pour the sesame oil on top and serve.
