Instructions

  1. Thoroughly read and wash the lamb`s lettuce or Rapunzel. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Finely chop the onion. Roast the chopped walnuts briefly in the pan. Mix the cream, the other ingredients and the remaining spices into a sauce. Season to taste, possibly make it even more acidic to taste. Mix everything and fold in. Cut the Serrano ham (if you want it at all) into strips and either mix in or sprinkle on top.
