Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries and lemons.
  2. Squeeze two lemons and strain the juice. Cut the rest into fillets or wedges.
  3. Cool with a few lemon balm and the orange liqueur in a punch bowl. I left everything covered in the fridge overnight
  4. Fill up with 2 bottles of cider and 2 bottles of ginger ale before serving.
