Instructions

  1. Sort the raspberries, peel the banana and cut into large pieces. Put both with the chilled oat milk, maple syrup and lemon juice in a blender or puree very finely with the hand blender in a tall container.
  2. Chill the shake for at least 30 minutes. Then mix again briefly, fill into two pretty glasses, garnish with a slice of banana and serve immediately.
