Cut the peaches into small pieces. Place in a large bowl with the raspberries.
Whip the cream until stiff, sweeten with vanilla sugar and carefully stir into the yogurt by hand. Put this mixture on the fruit. Finally sprinkle a layer of brown sugar on top. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours or even better overnight.
The sugar forms a layer that looks like caramel and delights everyone.
Tip: You can also use other fruits such as wild berries.
