Place the frozen raspberries in a shallow bowl. The bottom should be covered with the raspberries at the end.
Then mix the quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar. If necessary, you can of course take less or more sugar. Spread the quark over the frozen raspberries until they are covered.
Then wash the strawberries and mash them with a blender until they are quite runny. Pour the strawberry puree over the quark.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
