Halve the peach, remove the stone, cut into small pieces and put in a blender. Peel the banana, cut into small pieces and add. Mix and puree until smooth, then add the raspberries and mix well again.
If the smoothie is still too thick for you, you can dilute it with a little mineral water or water. I do not add sugar to this smoothie, if you like that you can do so.
Fill into glasses and serve with ice cubes, the amount makes two large glasses.
