For the cream, mix together the mascarpone, yoghurt, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of amaretto. Hold back 5 meringues and crumble the rest into the cream (pieces of different size may be different) and mix in.
Break the cantuccini into large pieces and cut into e.g., lay out a baking dish next to each other and sprinkle evenly with amaretto until they are slightly soaked.
Layer in not too slim glasses as follows: cream (approx. 3 heaped teaspoons), cantuccini crumbs (approx. 1 tablespoon), raspberries (approx. 6 - 7 pieces), repeat again and finally cream.
To decorate, place 3 raspberries on the top layer and crumble the remaining meringues on top.
If you like it sweeter, you can mix a little more sugar into the cream. However, the amaretto cantuccini are already very sweet, so it is enough if the cream is relatively neutral in terms of sweetness.
