The unbaked raspberry cheesecake parfait is one of the tastiest quick desserts I know. No baking, minimum effort – and a very decent dessert on the table.

• Butter 2 tbsp
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Cheesecake Pudding Pack 30 Grams
• Milk 2 Cups
• Raspberry 475 Gram

Instructions

1. Wash and dry raspberries.
2. Put a homogeneous mixture of cookies, sugar, and butter on the bottom of the bowls. With the next layer, layout a small amount of the pudding diluted according to the instructions. Then – a layer of raspberries.
3. Pour the remaining pudding onto the raspberries, decorate the top with pieces of cookies and whole raspberries. We put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, after which the cheesecake is ready to use.
