Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the raspberries and vanilla powder. Pour in the coconut milk and keep stirring. Put everything in a bowl and let the mixture soak in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Serve the pudding garnished with sliced banana or other fruit of your choice and, if desired, with desiccated coconut.
