- Preheat the oven to 160 ° convection. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the flour, sugar, salt and egg in a mixing bowl. Cut the butter into flakes and knead well.
- Roll out the dough on baking paper and cut into strips approx. 5 cm wide. Roll up the long sides to form an edge. Brush the strips with jam.
- Mix lemon juice with egg white and sugar, fold in the coconut flakes and pour onto the jam.
