Instructions

  1. First whip the cream until stiff. Then stir in the quark and powdered sugar. The amount of powdered sugar is arbitrary, if you like it sweeter, you can add more. Stir everything until it`s nice and creamy. Now divide the cream into two bowls.
  2. Puree the raspberries and stir in half of the cream until it is pink.
  3. Break the cookies into pieces. Divide the pieces at the bottom in glasses. Then add the white cream and finally the pink cream with the raspberries. In order not to smear the edges of the glasses, a piping bag is recommended. The dessert can be decorated with white chocolate sprinkles and zebra rolls, as you like.
  4. Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for about 2 hours so that the cream will soften the cookies.
  5. The super delicious raspberry cookie dessert is ready.
