Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Fold in the cream cheese and 120 g sugar. Put half of the mixture in a large bowl. Spread the frozen raspberries over the mixture and pour the rest of the mixture over the top.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the almonds with the crumbled shortbread biscuits (grate between your hands, but not as fine as breadcrumbs) and 150 g sugar in the pan. Caramelize at medium temperature (attention: burns quickly at higher heat!) Until everything is lightly brown or darker if you like. Always stir well. Let cool down.
  3. After cooling, spread the mixture over the mass and place in the refrigerator until the frozen raspberries are thawed.
  4. You can prepare very well and go quickly. The absolute hit at every celebration. Can also be made with fresh raspberries or strawberries in summer.
  5. With reduced-fat ingredients, also something for the calorie-conscious.
