- Beat the cream (or Cremefine) with the hand mixer until stiff.
- Stir the cream cheese with the sugar into the cream until the consistency is creamy (you can also use the mixer on a low setting).
- Place most of the fruit on the bottom of the dessert bowls. Keep the other part for decoration.
- Put the cream on the fruit in the bowls.
- Melt the butter in a pan and toast the oat flakes with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Let cool and then pour over the cream.
- Finally, decorate the bowls with the retained fruit.
