Instructions

  1. Beat the cream (or Cremefine) with the hand mixer until stiff.
  2. Stir the cream cheese with the sugar into the cream until the consistency is creamy (you can also use the mixer on a low setting).
  3. Place most of the fruit on the bottom of the dessert bowls. Keep the other part for decoration.
  4. Put the cream on the fruit in the bowls.
  5. Melt the butter in a pan and toast the oat flakes with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Let cool and then pour over the cream.
  6. Finally, decorate the bowls with the retained fruit.
