Put the defrosted raspberries in a baking dish. I recommend an oblong, flat casserole dish, because in a tall, round shape the brown sugar cannot penetrate all the way to the raspberries.
Whip the cream and creme fine, add the vanilla sugar and then mix with the yoghurt. Now simply distribute the mixture over the raspberries.
Then sprinkle everything with brown sugar. Better to take a little more than too little! Let it stand in the fridge for a day and you`re done.
