• 200 g raspberries
• 100 g suar
• 100 ml water
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• 200 ml whipped cream
• 250 ml vodka

Instructions

1. Mix the raspberries, sugar and water and pass through a fine sieve to remove the stones. Then mix lemon juice, whipped cream and vodka with the fruit mixture. Chill for 5 hours.
2. Makes about 800 ml of liqueur.
