- Thaw the frozen raspberries a little, put them in a bowl and sprinkle some brown sugar over them.
- Mix the mascarpone and sour cream together very well, preferably with a food processor. Gradually add the whipped cream until it is creamy.
- Put the cream on the raspberries. Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar on top. Chill the cream for a few hours.
- Can also be prepared the day before very well.
