Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen raspberries a little, put them in a bowl and sprinkle some brown sugar over them.
  2. Mix the mascarpone and sour cream together very well, preferably with a food processor. Gradually add the whipped cream until it is creamy.
  3. Put the cream on the raspberries. Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar on top. Chill the cream for a few hours.
  4. Can also be prepared the day before very well.
