Instructions

  1. Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl (preferably in a glass bowl, it looks great afterwards). Stir the honey into the yoghurt and whisk together for 2 - 3 minutes with a mixer or whisk so that it becomes creamier and airier.
  2. Then pour the yogurt over the raspberries and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Place the raspberry dream foam in the refrigerator for a few hours until the raspberries have thawed.
  3. Tips: as breakfast; simply add 25 g of oat flakes. Possibly add vanilla sugar to the yoghurt, if someone wants it even sweeter.
  4. Instead of frozen raspberries, use cherries from the glass, fresh strawberries and fruit salad.
  5. Prepare everything directly on 4 dessert bowls instead of in a large bowl. Set aside four raspberries before preparing and use for garnish afterwards.
