• 750 g raspberries, frozen

Instructions

1. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the quark. Crumble the meringue.
2. Put the meringue, frozen raspberries and quark cream in layers in a large bowl until everything is used up. The last layer should be curd cream.
3. Tip: Chill for about 5 hours before serving.
