Squeeze the juice out of the raspberries using an auger juicer. You can do without it, but then you will have to grind whole berries with sugar, and it will not be jelly, but jam. In this case, you can increase the amount of sugar by half a kilogram.
Pour sugar into the juice.
Stir the sugar until it is almost completely dissolved.
Pour raspberry jelly into a sterilized jar and roll-up.
